New year same Thing

So, we all have new year's resolutions, and we all have ones that may stick and may not. I think the pressure of saying this or that needs to change and today is the day it starts creates a tension that doesn't need to be there. Now maybe routines need to be adjusted or perhaps something drastic must be done but creating a process and environment that can be maintained and grown is more important.
